Our catalog has standard horn antennas and a waveguide-to-coax adapter. When you need a different band, flange, gain, or mechanical interface, our machining partners make the part to your drawing.
What we machine
- Standard-gain, broadband, and dual-polarized horns, and lens horns
- Straight, bent, and twisted waveguide sections, flanges, and transitions
- Cavity filters and housings for RF modules
- Surface finishes such as passivation, plating, and paint, as specified
How it is quoted
- A first article is made and checked against your drawing before the batch
- Dimensional checks are reported; RF measurement is quoted separately through RF testing
- Parts are made only to the customer drawing for civil use. We do not machine weapon or airborne structural parts.
How a project runs
- You send the requirement through the quote form, and drawings or files by email to [email protected].
- We confirm scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and schedule in a written quote.
- Work starts after a 50% deposit. The balance is due on delivery and acceptance.
- Delivery is the agreed files, parts, or report, with the conditions under which results were obtained.
