High-Frequency PCB
Rogers, Taconic, and PTFE PCB fabrication, hybrid stack-ups, and assembly, from prototype to small batch.
RF and millimeter-wave boards need low-loss laminates, controlled impedance, and tight etching. We place these boards with high-frequency PCB shops and assembly lines we work with, from a few prototypes to small batches.
What we build
- Rogers, Taconic, and PTFE boards, and hybrid stack-ups with FR-4
- Controlled-impedance microstrip, coplanar waveguide, and stripline
- Edge-launch connector footprints, plated cavities, and back-drilling where the shop supports it
- SMT assembly of RF boards and edge-launch connectors
What to send
- Gerber or ODB++ files, drill files, and stack-up
- Laminate, thickness, copper weight, and surface finish
- Quantity and target delivery date
The quote form does not take attachments. Email files to [email protected] with [RFQ] in the subject, or send a share link.
How a project runs
- You send the requirement through the quote form, and drawings or files by email to [email protected].
- We confirm scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and schedule in a written quote.
- Work starts after a 50% deposit. The balance is due on delivery and acceptance.
- Delivery is the agreed files, parts, or report, with the conditions under which results were obtained.
Scope. Civil and commercial projects only. We do not take military, defense, or weapons work, or technical data controlled under ITAR. Every quote names the end use and the end-user country. See Request a Quote for our export-control rules.
