Terms of Service

Seller. ValueOpus LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company (“Kymopsis,” “we,” “us”).

Public contact. Email [email protected] or the site contact form. We do not publish a customer telephone number. Support hours: Asia/Shanghai, weekdays 09:00–18:00.

Public mailing address. ValueOpus LLC, 30 N Gould St, Suite #66129, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This is a mailing address, not a walk-in retail store and not a returns warehouse.

Effective. 25 October 2026. Using the site or submitting a quote request means you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy, Shipping, Returns, and Billing pages.

Kymopsis lists RF and microwave components, millimeter-wave radar modules and development kits, development tools, and custom engineering for engineers and product teams. The catalog changes over time; each product page shows what is currently for sale and its specifications. A radar kit may include a carrier board so you can bring the radar up; you are buying the radar module, not a general-purpose computer. Active RF parts, custom builds, and engineering services are quoted per project. We do not supply phased-array or T/R modules, imaging or military radar, or export-controlled items. Machining, assembly, and integration remain available through B2B.

Product pages must be read with the stated hardware/firmware version. Evaluation kits are not finished consumer radios. They are not for life-safety, medical diagnosis, emergency, vehicle control, weapons, or other prohibited uses stated on the product page.

You can add catalog items to the cart and open checkout. When checkout shows a payment method and captures payment for a purchasable catalog SKU, a paid store contract is formed. A request for quote is an inquiry, not an order. A B2B contract is formed when we send a written quotation or invoice and you accept it in writing.

We may refuse a request when destination, end use, buyer qualification, stock, or compliance cannot be verified.

Prices are shown in USD unless a page says otherwise. We do not collect sales tax at checkout. Import duties and import VAT on catalog orders are included in the price: we ship duties paid (DDP) and pay them through the carrier. Details are in the Shipping Policy.

Catalog checkout is processed by Stripe. The payment methods available for an order are only those displayed on that checkout page. We may enable or disable methods in Stripe without naming them in these Terms. Third-party methods Stripe shows (for example a wallet or pay-over-time product) are offered by those providers; their terms apply in addition to these pages. Do not send payment details by email. The Billing page has the operational detail.

Radio hardware may be sold only as allowed for that SKU, version, destination, and buyer. A development-kit or evaluation-kit name is not a blanket FCC or CE certification and is not a sitewide 47 CFR §2.803 exemption. Integrators of finished products remain responsible for authorization, labeling, and operation.

Customer accounts are optional. Do not attack, scrape in a way that degrades the service, or post unlawful content. We may suspend access that creates security or legal risk.

Kymopsis names, logos, site copy, and original documentation belong to ValueOpus LLC or licensors. Buying hardware does not transfer IP except the limited rights in the product documentation or software license.

Firmware, examples, and files are version-specific. Unless a file states another license, you may use it only with the documented Kymopsis product. Open-source components keep their own licenses.

The Shipping, Returns, and Billing pages form part of these Terms. They do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unused, unpowered catalog hardware may be returned under an RMA within 30 days of delivery. Paid Kymopsis-branded catalog hardware has a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery, excluding ESD, reverse polarity, overvoltage, and unauthorized modification. Remedy is repair, replacement, or refund. Custom and NRE work follows the quote or SOW.

We process refund and RMA emails within 5 business days of receiving them (Asia/Shanghai weekdays). If a return shipment is required, we initiate the refund within 5 business days after inspection. Catalog shipping and duty rules are on the Shipping Policy; a quotation’s Incoterms control that job if they differ.

Specifications that we have not measured for that product are planning figures. We do not state FCC or CE certification unless that product page says so. We do not describe a kit as a Bluetooth product, a point-cloud product, or a finished production design unless that product page says so. We may correct price, stock, or eligibility before accepting an order.

To the extent allowed by law, Kymopsis is not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages from site use or evaluation hardware used outside documented conditions. This does not exclude liability that law forbids us to exclude.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where the mandatory consumer law of your place of residence applies and cannot be displaced. We have not designated exclusive arbitration in this notice.

We may update these pages. The version dated on the page applies to new inquiries. A change does not remove rights that already accrued on a paid order.
