Privacy Policy

ValueOpus LLC is the controller for personal data collected on kymopsis.com. Privacy requests: email [email protected] with subject [PRIVACY].

Effective October 25, 2026. Click a clause to read it.

Who we are

ValueOpus LLC, Wyoming, USA, operating Kymopsis. Public mailbox: [email protected]. Public mailing address: ValueOpus LLC, 30 N Gould St, Suite #66129, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We do not publish a telephone number. Checkout is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on WordPress.

What we collect
  • Site and security: IP address, browser, pages, and server logs needed to run and protect the site (Hostinger WordPress hosting, LiteSpeed cache).
  • Contact and RFQ forms: name, email, topic, message, and related project facts you send via Fluent Forms. Copies are stored as form entries and emailed to [email protected]. This public form does not accept file uploads.
  • Email: messages you send to [email protected].
  • Orders: billing/shipping name, address, email, cart contents, and payment status from WooCommerce. Payment-instrument numbers are handled by Stripe and any method provider shown at that checkout, not stored as PAN on this site.
  • Accounts: if you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us to create or access your account; we use them only for your account and orders. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Cookies and statistics: strictly necessary cookies for a cart, checkout, and logged-in session; your cookie choices; and, subject to your choice, statistics through Google Analytics 4 (Google Site Kit) and WooCommerce order attribution, as described in our Cookie Policy. Stripe and any payment method displayed at checkout may set their own cookies or similar storage. We use Google Ads conversion measurement (through Google Site Kit) to see whether our ads lead to purchases. Where consent is required, such as the EU and UK, it follows your cookie choices through Google Consent Mode.
Why we use it

To operate the website, answer support and RFQ messages, prepare quotes, fulfill paid orders, prevent fraud and abuse, meet bookkeeping and export-screening duties, and send order and support email. We do not use RFQ contents for unrelated marketing lists. We use statistics to understand how the site is used and to improve it, and order attribution to see which sources lead to orders.

Who we share with

Hosting (Hostinger), email (Zoho / ZeptoMail for inbox and store transactional mail), Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form, Google (Google Analytics 4 and Search Console through Google Site Kit, as our service provider for statistics), Stripe for checkout, any payment-method provider Stripe displays on that checkout, and the carrier used for that shipment. We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

Retention

Inquiry emails and form entries are kept as long as needed to handle the request and our legal records. Server logs follow host defaults. You may ask us to delete a purely support thread that is not needed for a legal hold.

Your choices

Email [PRIVACY] to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, subject to identity checks and records we must keep. Residents of the EEA/UK or certain U.S. states may have additional rights; we will honor applicable law. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. The site is directed at adults in engineering and product roles. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland, we use statistics cookies only after you accept them. In other regions, statistics are on by default until you click Deny; you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer, and doing so stops the measurement and deletes the cookies.

International transfers

The site is hosted in Hostinger’s infrastructure. Mail may be processed by Zoho. If you write to us from outside the United States, you understand the data is handled in the U.S. and the provider regions those vendors use. Google may process statistics data in the United States and other countries.

Security

We use HTTPS and WordPress and WooCommerce access controls. No method is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords or full card numbers through the contact form.
