Effective October 25, 2026. Unused catalog hardware: 30-day RMA window. Paid catalog hardware: 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Refund and RMA emails are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Eligible catalog shipping is USD 15, or complimentary at USD 79 merchandise (before coupon discount) or when checkout applies a free-shipping coupon. A signed quotation or statement of work controls if it conflicts with these pages for that job. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply. An evaluation-kit name is not a sitewide FCC or CE exemption.
