Fixed coaxial attenuators and 50-ohm terminations for padding instrument ports, protecting receivers, and terminating unused ports during measurement. Current listings cover SMA/N to 18 GHz, 3.5 mm to 26.5 GHz and 2.92 mm to 40 GHz; higher-frequency coaxial and waveguide attenuators and loads are available by quote.Check the average power rating against your source, and remember that a pad improves match: a 10 dB attenuator in front of a poorly matched load reduces the reflection seen by the source by up to 20 dB.
